How do I accept my quote
To accept your quote, confirmation is required in writing via email. Please note all bookings are subject to availability.
How much is my deposit?
Deposit is 25% of your total invoice amount.
When is my remaining balance due?
The remainder of your balance is due 14 days prior to your trip.
How do I make changes to my booking?
Any changes for an upcoming booking needs be put in writing by e-mail. Please note this may affect the invoice total.
What happens if I have to cancel my booking
If you need to cancel a booking it needs to be stated in writing via email. There is no charge for bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to you trip. Please refer to our terms and conditions for cancellation charges within 14 days of your trip.
What specs will my vehicle have?
Please refer to our 'All the Fleet' sections of the website, where you can see a list of vehicles and specs for each. Please note not all vehicles are the same size or have the same specs. If you have specific requirements, please get in touch and let us know.
Is a young child allowed to sit on my lap?
No, all passengers are required to sit in their own seat. Any infant/child that requires a car seat would be allowed to bring them on board subject to space allowance. Please note not all vehicles have 3 point seat belts. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can I have my driver's contact details prior to my trip?
If your trip falls within office hours, please use the main office as your point of contact on 02086481590. If your trip falls in out of office hours, we will provide you with the drivers contact details the afternoon before your trip or on Friday afternoon if your trip falls on a Sunday.
